Three votes.
I ran for State Representative in 1986, and I came up 3 votes short of victory. For as long as I could remember, my dream was to be an officeholder – eventually a Congressman. But God had a different plan, and it wasn’t about my dream of being elected but helping thousands of others realize theirs.
I earned my first real paycheck in politics as the Regional Director in Ohio for the Bush/Quayle campaign in 1988. Following the race, I served as Political Director and then Executive Director of the Ohio Republican Party where we designed the blueprint that flipped all of state government from Democrat to GOP in 4 years.
In 1994, I founded The Strategy Group Company in a one room office above my garage. With a phone, computer, and a borrowed fax machine, the company was off the ground.
One of our very first clients was Gulf War veteran, Van Hilleary – who became one of our first Congressional wins and our joyful contribution to the 1994 Republican Revolution. It was just the beginning. For 3 decades, I’ve worked shoulder-to-shoulder with our candidates, developing advertising strategies, guiding them through emergencies, and grinding out victories one vote at a time.
I added to our Strategy Group family talented experts in strategy, scriptwriting, production, media placement, voter contact, digital, polling, and print. I’ve cultivated, developed, and inspired our team, turning our company into the most successful political advertising firm in America. Together, we’ve helped elect 5 Governors, 7 U.S. Senators, and 102 U.S. Representatives along with over a thousand statewide, legislative, and local officials in every state in the union. And we’re just getting started.
Three votes.
Over thirty years ago, they made the difference for me, so today, we can make a difference for our nation and for you.
With over 20 years of media research, buying, and planning experience, I have worked on hundreds of campaigns including Congressional, Senatorial, Gubernatorial and Presidential campaigns. This understanding has equipped me with the skills and insight essential to turn my expertise into a strategic advantage for our firm and our clients.
I graduated from the Ohio State University and the Cleveland-Marshall College of Law. When away from the heat of a campaign, I enjoy spending as much time as possible on two wheels, in the woods with my English Setter or simply relaxing with my wife.
Impossible is a word to be found only in the dictionary of fools.” -Napoleon Bonaparte
In high school, my friends called me “The General”, inspired by Ulysses S Grant. (no relation) That nickname served me well as I’ve spent the last 9 years of my career traveling the country and holding leadership roles on campaigns for President, US Senate, Governor, Congress, and countless others.
Growing up in Minnesota, I worked at my family’s car dealerships. I sold my first car at 16, and it was there that I learned how to work hard and do what it takes to go above and beyond to win big for your clients.
As Political Director for the Strategy Group Company, I manage the firm’s Sales Department. My favorite part of my job is traveling the country and meeting the candidates and consultants who are in the arena fighting with us.
I have a bachelor’s degree in history from Hamline University, and I’ve served as chief strategist on campaigns for the US Senate, Governor, and Congress.
In my free time, you’ll find me lifting weights, watching football, exploring all corners of America, and finding the closest body of water to enjoy a sunset.
If you’re ready to work… Let’s get after it!!!
I manage The Strategy Group’s crack direct marketing team and its clients. As a veteran political operator I’ve managed, developed, and executed direct marketing programs for hundreds of political campaigns, issue advocacy organizations, governments, universities, and corporations across the United States and Canada.
Through the years, many of our projects have been awarded for creativity, and in 2011, I was selected to the Aristotle “Dream Team” for voter contact — an award that recognizes elite political talent in their field.
I enjoy working at my motorized standing desk and hope to one day live in a world without email. You can find me on Twitter retweeting funny memes and .gifs about politics, sports, and The Walking Dead at @briantosborne.
My life has been a journey. Growing up on a small Alabama farm, I never expected to end up where I am today. Joining the United States Army jumpstarted my life. During the six years I served, I met my future husband, and travelled across Europe while attending the University of Maryland.
Twenty-fouryears ago, I moved to Ohio and eventually ended up here at TSGco. Though I’m relatively new here, I’m thankful for this opportunity, and excited to see where my journey will take me. As an accounting manager, I help manage the day to day finances of the company, ensuring we can continue providing quality content for our clients. Before working here, I was an accounting manager at King Strategic Communications, and Victory Direct.
When I’m not at work you can find me spending time with my husband on the golf course, or doing DIY projects around the house. I also enjoy knitting, crochet, and gardening.
Crafting messages, creating digital strategies, and playing a part in protecting America makes me excited to do my job every day.
I’m originally from Buffalo, New York, after migrating south to attend Liberty University, I fell in love with the state of Virginia and haven’t left since!
Before joining The Strategy Group Company family, I spent multiple years working for the nation’s largest public policy women’s organization, Concerned Women for America, as the Young Women for America National Director. Then I worked as the campaign manager for a U.S. Congressional campaign. I joined TSGco in 2020 where I’ve been able to create industry leading digital content and see more wins than any other firm in the country.
When I’m not working, I’m spending time outdoors, camping, cheering on the Buffalo Bills, and exploring new places with my husband.
I’ve knocked on thousands of doors and walked miles in parades. I ran my first campaign out of a barn, living above an old funeral home, before anyone carried a mobile phone.
I’ve slept under my desk, run midnight blitzes and made thousands of calls. I’ve managed underfunded campaigns against Democrats they said couldn’t be beaten – and won.
I’ve run State Republican Party operations and one of the largest Independent Expenditure units in the country at the National Republican Congressional Committee surrounded by some of the most talented people in America.
I’ve worked on every kind of campaign from President to school board. My team is made up of a gritty, creative bunch of conservative activists who make up for all of my weaknesses.
I do it all because this isn’t a job, it’s a mission. It’s hard and I love it.
“Diamonds are nothing more than chunks of coal that stuck to their jobs.”
-Malcolm Forbes
I always wanted to be a coal miner.
Growing up in a small coal town in Eastern Ohio, I wanted nothing more than to follow in my father’s footsteps and work in the mines. But that changed when I saw how national policies were destroying jobs that were a lifeline in my hometown. Since then, it’s been my dream to fight tooth and nail to help everyday Americans. And politics has become my arena.
As Chief Executive Officer of The Strategy Group Company, I manage the firm’s daily operations, serving as the head of client relations, lead media producer, and director of political strategic planning. But my favorite part of the job is working with the world-class team here. Every day we continue to grow together, never becoming complacent with our success, and always fighting to ensure good men and women are shepherding our nation.
“As iron sharpens iron, so one person sharpens another.”
-Proverbs 27:17
I have a B.A. in Political Science from Ohio Dominican University, and have served as Executive Director of the Ohio House Republican Organizational Committee, campaign manager for multiple Congressional campaigns, and Victory Director on a Presidential campaign.
When I’m not in the office, you can find me reading, studying history, working on my short game, or hitting the open road on my Harley. Now then… are you ready to win?
I work on the media buying and competitive analysis side of our business. As billions of dollars are invested in political media placements each year, accurate tracking of our opponents’ spending and spot capturing play an essential part of a winning campaign. I update our team regarding any new media placements or changes in our opposition’s creative strategy.
The most rewarding part of my job is seeing our work in action. When I see our candidates’ ads on television after a long week of work, I am proud to have been a part of helping them reach millions of voters. During my first Election Cycle, I recall listening to the radio on my way to The Gooding House and hearing the first spot I placed – I was grinning ear to ear for the remainder of the drive.
I graduated from Ohio Wesleyan University with a B.A. in Finance and a minor in Comparative Literature. During my time in college, I served as President and Lead Portfolio Manager of our Investment Club.
In my free time, I enjoy racing sailboats and exploring the great outdoors on my cross country skis.
I’m Jessica, and I like surveys and polling data. I like figuring out what makes things tick, or why something is how it is. I’m also competitive, because I don’t like losing. With public polling data, we have the opportunity to learn the crucial variables that make up your electorate, your opponents, and your election. Polls provide us with key intelligence – an upper hand – and I like that.
When I’m not hacking Excel, I enjoy nerding out about cooking, gaming, and nearly any docu-series. My furbaby is my cat, Todd. My alma mater is Ohio Wesleyan University. My home away from home is somewhere in France. My family is my everything.
I help drive creative message strategies for our clients that grab attention and win elections. In my career, I’ve worked with campaigns and corporations big and small, from state house races to the NRCC itself. My ads have helped elect judges, Secretaries of State, and several members of Congress. Prior to (re)joining TSGco, I ran my own communications business, helping campaigns, corporations, and nonprofits manage everything from media budgets and placement to political strategy and crisis communication.
I first cut my teeth in the Ohio House of Representatives; working for then-Speaker Bill Batchelder, I gained a deep understanding of the issues and policies that shape political campaigns and messaging. But despite that wisdom, I’ve made my share of mistakes too: I foolishly won election to a local board of education. Twice.
Born and raised here in Columbus, I help my wife manage her boutique bakery while we raise our three kids together.

I make phones ring – reaching tens of thousands of people through automated calls, voter ID polling, and tele-townhalls. I help deliver unique messages directly to people’s homes across the United States, Canada, and beyond.
I developed a love for the political process in high school, working on various local levy campaigns. That love carried over into my time at Muskingum University, where I received Bachelor of Arts Degrees in Political Science and Journalism in 2010. After spending some time in the radio advertising industry, I found my way to The Strategy Group Company in 2013.
Aside from work, I enjoy spending time with my husband as we tackle surviving life with twin toddlers who amaze me more every day. A prolonged stay with them in the Neonatal Intensive Care Unit (NICU) has permanently changed my life, giving me a new sense of faith I have never had before. I am currently working on a project to help families during their NICU stay in the Columbus area and hope to someday expand the project to hospitals across the state.
I shoot people for a living. Hopefully in the most beautiful way possible.
I also manage, direct, and organize production services for The Strategy Group Company. We are visual storytellers, artists and craftsmen, and seek to create images that will have lasting impact for the clients we are blessed to serve, including President Donald Trump, U.S. Senators Rand Paul and John Boozman, Ohio Governors John Kasich and Mike DeWine, former Indiana Governor Mike Pence, and nearly 20% of the Republican majority in Congress.
Other creative credits of mine include a feature-length documentary about comic creator Jeff Smith called “The Cartoonist,” an award-winning short film entitled “After,” and “Aidan5” – a nationally recognized sci-fi web series.
I’m a summa cum laude graduate of Miami University and now live in Hilliard, Ohio with my wife, Steffanie, our kids, Jordan and Joshua, a smiling fox, several droids, and entirely too many books. You can also find me in the percussion section of the Grove City Community Winds, and on Instagram: rhythm_of_light.
Keep looking forward to the next great adventure, because in the world of 30-second storytelling, image is everything.
“Where there is no vision, the people perish…” -Proverbs 29:18
You need the right strategy and tactics to succeed in today’s competitive world. You also need a message that touches a responsive chord. I help our company and clients succeed by understanding and navigating the disruptive events and key trends that will shape our future. I work with our CEO to develop and implement the company vision, strategic initiatives, plans and goals.
I also promote the firms governance and media services in the global marketplace.
Technology is changing our world at light-speed. That’s why it’s important to have the right strategic plan and message to ride today’s amazing wave of change.
“Everybody has a plan – until they get punched in the mouth.” -Mike Tyson
Life is full of unexpected punches. It’s how you respond and counter those punches that matter. I work to anticipate attacks, develop counter-punches, and get right back on offense.
I’ve been a press secretary, executive director of a state party, regional political director for the Republican National Committee, served as regional political director in two Presidential campaigns, and managed successful races for Governor and U.S. Senator. I put that experience to use in every race.
I served as Creative Director and Chief Creative Officer for our company and wrote scores of award-winning ads and that helped our clients achieve their dream.
I’m also a founding board member of Citizens United, which won a landmark freedom of speech case in the United States Supreme Court. We spoiled Obama’s day… perhaps life. Nice.
I earned a B.A. in International Studies from American University and reside in weird and wonderful Austin, Texas.
I believe everyone has a right to live in liberty, and that’s why I’ve taught democracy-building programs overseas for activists from Armenia, Azerbaijan, Egypt, Haiti, Iraq, Jordan, Malaysia, Morocco, Sudan, Syria, Thailand, Ukraine, and the West Bank and Gaza for the International Republican Institute. Freedom is the solution.
What’s your vision? Let us punch it through.
I’m a staff accountant, helping move the money around to where it needs to go when it needs to get there. I have an Associate degree in Elementary Education and a Bachelor’s in Accounting & Finance. I’ve got two children and three grandchildren.
I have spent the past 5 years overseeing operations for our digital team, building and implementing the marketing operations that drive our digital campaigns. I lead our clients reporting and analytics, email campaigns, and social media.
Ryan Rodgers is an accomplished digital media leader and president of The Strategy Group Company, a United States-based advertising agency specializing in political campaigns. With extensive knowledge of digital communication and marketing and a forward-thinking approach to political advertising, Ryan’s data-centric programs have effectively changed political configurations in the United States and different regions of Europe, Asia, and the Caribbean.
Due to his proven approach to campaigns and political activities, Ryan is in demand locally, nationally, and internationally, working to advise elected officials, political parties, and candidates on all aspects of their campaigns. Ryan has performed extensive digital audits, provided strategic social media content creation and implementation services, and conducted high-level training sessions for leaders looking to harness the internet’s full power. Operating in a field characterized by constant change and a surge in competition driven by the internet is challenging. Still, Ryan has excelled in adapting and implementing the best political communication practices and current trends.
Outside work, Ryan and his wife Renee enjoy trying out local restaurants, traveling to new places, and spending time with their two dogs. Ryan is also a proper football fan and can be found watching his favorite team, Manchester United.
I craft message strategies, lead the creative development process from script to delivery, and ensure clear, effective, attention-grabbing advertisements for our clients.
I’ve written, directed, and produced thousands of television, web, and radio advertisements for candidates and organizations such as President Donald Trump, Ohio Governors John Kasich and Mike DeWine, former Indiana Governor Mike Pence, U.S. Senator Rand Paul, and Family Research Council.
As a 20-year political vet, I love working for the conservative cause, studying voters, and finding new ways to use the most powerful tool in the world – communication. I am thankful to work and have fun with a great creative team to make words and ideas come to life. By leading and collaborating with pre, field, post-production, and design teams, our ads have gained national recognition from major news outlets and have received hundreds of awards. In 2013, I was named a “Rising Star” in national politics by Campaigns & Elections magazine.
I graduated from Capital University in 2006, earning a B.A. in Sociology with a minor in Political Science (and somehow, I got a job) and was the 2016 Young Alumni Award winner.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my wife and three kids, traveling, biking, photography, patrolling the outfield for my vintage base ball team, and being obsessive, inquisitive, and antagonistically argumentative. I serve on the board of directors for Citizens for Community Values, Created Equal, and Ohio Right to Life PAC. Lastly, I’m an annually broken-hearted Cleveland Indians fan on a quest to visit every Major League ballpark.
I believe by working together, the best political ad is yet to come.
I’m Alex Tornero, and I approve this message.
I manage our post-production staff, operations, and workflow and edit TV and web advertisements.
I graduated from The Ohio State University in 1991 and have over 24 years’ experience editing with numerous ad agencies, corporate clients, and political campaigns. My credits include Ohio Governors John Kasich and Mike DeWine, U.S. Senator John Boozman, and U.S. Senator Rand Paul, as well as Toyota, Victoria's Secret, McDonalds, and The Ohio State University.
My ability to produce great work and build lasting relationships with my clients has kept me at the top of my craft. My political ads have made a winning difference for our clients and have been recognized for creative excellence by national ad organizations.
My wife Natalie and I enjoy traveling and spending time with our young active children at fields, diamonds, and courts across Central Ohio.
I do the “bird dogging," which basically means I investigate, research, and advise in regards to federal, state, and local political candidates for the company to recruit.
My political career began by working on my great aunt’s campaign for Danville Township Clerk at the age of 11. My pay was $10, free lunch, and a milkshake at the end of the day, kind of a bargain in today’s political world. This would lead to numerous paid and volunteer positions on federal, state, and local campaigns down the road for me in Illinois, Florida, Oklahoma, and Ohio.
I hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Education from Ohio University.
I had the privilege of serving on the Ohio Young Republicans’ Executive Committee, the last 6 years as National Committeeman, as well as the Belmont County Republican Party Executive and Central Committee.
In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, barbequing, and watching my favorite sports teams – the Chicago Cubs and the Chicago Bears (hence, not always enjoyable).
I lead our digital ad buying team. I oversee all paid advertising on digital and am responsible for getting the right ads in front of the right people at the right time.
My team and I develop and implement digital advertising campaigns to increase brand awareness, engagement, website traffic, and conversions. I know the importance of an efficient and effective media mix to reach your target audience wherever they are on the web.
Lifetime central Ohio resident, a graduate from The Ohio State University in computer science. Forty+ years of technology exposure, ever since IBM sold mainframe computers and all Apples came from orchards. I love… God/family/friends/canines, chasing both golf balls and walleyes, old music, fixing broken things.
My job is tracking competitives; meaning, I track where our opponents are spending money and how they’re spending it, giving our clients up-to-the-minute information regarding opposing media placements. This gives our clients a clear view of the campaign landscape—a tremendous strategic advantage. Today’s world moves fast: I help our clients stay on top of the horse instead of under it.
I attended the University of Illinois for B.A.s in Political Science and Legal Studies, as well as an M.A. in Political Science. I served as President of our College Republicans chapter in addition to being a Vice-Chairman on the Illinois College Republican Federation board. In my free time, I watch baseball, hockey, football, soccer… pretty much any sport I can find. 2020 was my first political cycle with The Strategy Group and I plan on many more in the future.
I have an unwavering commitment to create impactful experiences by giving visual clarity to strategic messaging.
I’m responsible for overseeing the conceptualization and implementation of design solutions from conception to completion. Being a fine artist, I know the importance of storytelling and ensure that our creativity is not just something pretty but conveys the compelling stories of our clients.
Outside of the office I love drawing, mentoring, advocating and spending time with family.
Hi, I’m Alissa. I’ve been a part of the TSGCo team since I was a junior in college. I’m now married, living in Columbus, and, as of right now, a mom of two.
I was born and raised in New York City (Manhattan). I received my undergraduate degree in Political Science from Gettysburg College, and I did what most people with my degree do: moved to Washington D.C. to start my career in politics.
My path turned out to be a little bit more unconventional than I had envisioned, and I discovered that I had a knack for managing peoples lives rather than writing policy or drafting newsletters. So, I spent a better part of my 4 years in the District working as an Executive Assistant at a healthcare lobbying firm.
Outside of TSGCo working hours, my life is consumed by Danny Go and Ms. Rachel, Pixar movies, cars (my husband is a mechanic) and photography.
The majority of my career had been working in operations and event planning for major and privately-owned Ohio corporations. As Office Administrator for The Strategy Group Company, I’m blessed to support Rex Elsass as his Assistant as well as provide overall administrative support to the team.
Whether greeting guests and clients, arranging meetings and travel, handling an array of behind-the-scenes details, or keeping up with Rex, I feel very fortunate to work with such an amazing group of talented, dedicated and hard-working people.
Outside of work, you’ll find me in my home studio where I create and market handcrafted card designs for independent crafting businesses all over the country.
I love to make stuff move.
I do not like anything to be static.
I really do not like static cling or Velcro.
I especially enjoy my kayak moving down a river or up a creek.
I like to run in the woods, on city streets, or even in a park but not on a treadmill.
I enjoy seeing an aging poster peeling off a brick wall, leaves falling off trees, birds flying, dogs running, and clouds passing.
Speaking of clouds, I use a bunch of applications on the Adobe Creative Cloud – After Effects, Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.
I also use Autodesk Maya to create 3D animation. Mayans did not use wheels or beasts of burden to transport goods over their vast road system, they did however use canoes.
One of my favorite movies is “The Big Lebowski,” and though it focuses on bowling, and I went to Bowling Green State University, I am not a good bowler.
Clients I have worked for in the past include numerous automotive companies and dealers, high-end retailers and numerous fashion brands we all are familiar with. I have won Emmy awards for TV show animation and also set design.
Abide…
I am an accountant here.
I am the Logistics Manager for TSG. I bring 25 years of experience in production with 12 years in political advertising. I know how to handle projects accurately and efficiently.
When I’m not managing deadlines, I am a husband, father, artist, podcaster, and spend my early mornings lifting heavy things.
Ever since I taught myself the fundamentals of website development over 7 years ago, it has not only been a job but also a hobby!
I love turning digital dreams into reality and helping businesses and clients grow online. Being found online is imperative to success in todays world, I always ask: "If someone googled your name or business, would your website pop up in the results and would the correct information be there?". If the answer is no, then you need to develop your online presence.
I'm very excited to have joined the team at TSG Co, and I throughly enjoy building websites for our political clients, it gives me great pride in my work.
I started my career helping candidates tell their stories when I began at The Strategy Group Company in 2000. I’ve served in every stage of the advertising process and have experience at every level of politics. Today, I oversee the financial aspects and operations of our firm and serve many of our legacy clients for statewide office, Congress, legislative caucuses, ballot issues, and third party organizations.
Prior to joining The Strategy Group Company, I worked in Washington, D.C. on grassroots lobbying strategies and public policy issues. When I returned to Ohio, I served as the Executive Director of a successful issue advocacy organization, managed and worked on numerous races, and served at the Ohio State House of Representatives.
In 2011, I was named a “Rising Star” by Campaigns & Elections magazine.
I graduated from Xavier University in Cincinnati, with a degree in Political Science.
Besides politics, my interests include finance and technology policy, playing drums, architecture photography, and traveling with my wife and three daughters. I serve on the board of EdHeads (a nonprofit that provides activities to encourage students to pursue careers in the STEM fields) and serve as President of Fashion Week Columbus (promoting Central Ohio’s booming fashion industry).
I’m from Long Island, but fell in love with the Buckeye State after attending Ohio University with a BFA in Graphic Design. I am an award-winning graphic designer with great experience across many different industries. My work has been used in print and digital advertisement across America
I apply a holistic approach to design and create a constellation of visual assets, from media collateral to branding touch points to printed materials. I am passionate about all things branding, rebranding, visual systems, and messaging efforts for us and for our clients.
I add the whooses, swooshes, hits, zips, bings, bangs, music (positive and negative), and voices to nearly every ad The Strategy Group Company produces (even the award-winning ones).
A 1995 graduate of Ohio University, I began working in the music industry, then moved on to commercial production, where I’ve honed my skills since 1998.
I understand the business-side of things after going freelance in 2003, then helping to build the studio at The Strategy Group where I launched Brick Audio in 2007, and continue working here today.
With the talented crew I’m surrounded with at The Strategy Group Company, I’m fortunate to get to work on some of the best productions in the business.
I am an editor.
It still feels kind of strange to say. When I graduated Xavier University in Cincinnati, Ohio in 2009, I knew I wanted to spend time crafting and refining videos for a living.
As a student at a Jesuit school like Xavier, it made sense to minor in Theology and Italian just in case the whole artist life didn’t exactly pan out. But since the Pope doesn’t need many ads cut, I joined the Strategy Group Company in 2011.
After joining The Strategy Group team, I’ve been fortunate to edit ads that have been viewed all over the country (and in some cases, internationally). Ads I’ve edited have been featured on Fox News, The Daily Show, the Colbert Report, and many news outlets all over the country.
Outside of shaping the political landscape of America, I love puns, being a craft beer nut (pun fully intended), going to concerts, quoting Arrested Development, and rooting for my favorite teams at sporting events.
I am an editor. Yeah, I think I can get used to saying that.
I was born and raised in Maryland, attending a small private high school before graduating from Towson University with a degree in Marketing. I started at the Strategy Group writing copy in August 2021. Prior to that, I had never worked in politics. My favorite part about working at the Strategy Group has been the team—I am truly fortunate to be a part of a group that not only works well together, but values each other as individuals. I like the variance each day has to offer and the unique challenge each new project brings.
Outside of work, I love getting outside, writing, riding my motorcycle, and overanalyzing song lyrics. I think the best days are spent away from a screen and with the people you care about most.
Hi there! I'm a videographer and video editor with a passion for capturing and telling stories that inspire and move people. Whether I'm out in the field or editing in the office, I love creating videos and sharing them with the world.
When I'm not behind the camera or in the editing suite, you might catch me striking a yoga pose, embarking on new adventures, hiking in nature with my boyfriend and our furry friend Bardock, or playing the piano.
Let's collaborate and create something incredible together!
My name is Spencer and I’m a digital media buyer here at The Strategy Group. I help plan, place, and report our digital advertisements.
I grew up in the suburbs of Chicago before graduating from Marquette University with a degree in Political Science and Economics in 2021. I started working at TSG in March 2022 and moved out to DC shortly after.
In my free time, you can usually find me watching sports, going on a run, watching a movie, or trying out a new restaurant.
I’ve worked at TSGco for almost 6 years now… it’s been a dream come true. As a lifelong Conservative I’m glad that the messages I craft help to transform America for the better. Throughout my career I’ve worked on every kind of political race from county commissioners to writing ads for presidential elections.
I graduated from Capital University in 2019, earning a B.A. in History. If you get me started, I’ll talk about just about any period in human history for hours.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family, friends, and dog Brownie. I love the outdoors and hiking. Visiting every National Park in the US is on my bucket list only 50+ to go! Every weekend in the fall you can find me glued to my TV watching the Florida State Seminoles on Saturday and the Cleveland Browns on Sunday.
What continues to drive me through my life is the Love of God, and I will always be driven by my faith no matter the challenge or hardship.
“If the world is against the truth, then I am against the world”
-St Athanasius of Alexandria
I do what needs to be done.
Whether it’s building a custom set, driving the grip truck cross-country, or praying with a Presidential candidate on the Sea of Galilee, chances are you’ll find me filling a vital role on your next production. My talents range from carpentry and construction, to lighting, rigging, communication, management, and logistics. I’ve been blessed to serve candidates running for local city council to President of the United States, and every office in between.
You can find me motoring around on my Honda Silver Wing or Yamaha V-Star, reading the Word, and even though I know I don’t look old enough, playing with my grandkids.
I also co-own and operate a small batch American whiskey distillery in Ashville, OH, so let’s get together, pour a couple of fingers, and discuss bourbon sometime.
Now then, how can I help?
I graduated from Grand Canyon University with a degree in Marketing. Originally from the West, I am now living in Nashville, TN working remotely. I enjoy being a part of The Strategy Group team as I work with clients doing website development, email marketing and reporting, along with an assortment of IT needs. Working alongside a great team, I thrive in a variety of work, building skills, and learning new things. Outside of the office, I love to travel, go thrifting, and am always down for conversations with strangers.
I’ve loved politics since I was old enough to form opinions. That’s why I’m thrilled to work at The Strategy Group Company, working alongside some of the most talented people in the country to help good conservatives win wherever the fight takes us.
I first joined TSGco in 2016 and was hooked from the start—and now that I’ve returned to cloudy Columbus, Ohio in 2019, I’m ready to put my shoulder to the wheel again to elect the leaders of tomorrow. Seeing our clients’ message resonate with the American people is a thrill that never dwindles.
When I’m not writing and producing ads for our clients, you can find me writing my own novels and short fiction, playing my guitar, and waiting in line for the nearest roller coaster.
I am originally from Georgia where I grew up with my three brothers on my parents property. I’ve always loved the outdoors and the slow pace of living in the South. I met my wife while attending Liberty University and after graduating, moved to Maryland.
I have worked on campaigns ranging in scale from local to statewide in Virginia, Georgia and Maryland. I have always enjoyed the strategy behind crafting a message and sharing it with constituents. I joined the Strategy Group Company in August of 2022. Since then I have enjoyed crafting and sharing the stories, goals, and passions of different candidates.
When I’m not working you can find me duck hunting with my black lab, Duke or on an island somewhere tropical with my wife.
I am a digital strategist who graduated from Pepperdine University in 2022 with a degree in political science. I’m originally from California and lived there until moving to D.C. to start my first full time job at The Strategy group.
Within The Strategy group, I enjoy all aspects of writing copy. Staying creative and crafting impactful messages is what I am most passionate about on an everyday basis. I also enjoy the collaborative spirit of the company!
In my free time, you can find me binging anything true crime, doing cardio, and online shopping.
A homegrown creative, I love to help craft and tell clients' stories, whether it be designing a logo, composing an eye-catching social media graphic, or thoughtfully constructing a website. I love using my hands to create, from sketching design ideas on paper or building something in the workshop, I’m a very tactile learner and creator. Outside of work, I am an avid pickleball player and enjoy playing the guitar and singing.
I have been practicing the dark arts of design and creative problem solving for over a decade, save for a brief straying of the path to serve up some delicious sandwiches to the people of Columbus. Outside of playing with shapes, colors, and fonts, you can catch me behind the wheel of a virtual race car or hiking deep in the woods.

From crayons to vectors, I’ve been a creative since day one. Immersed in the design world while growing up, the path to becoming a graphic designer was both unsurprising and inevitable. I love helping clients create a brand that is meaningful and truly reflects them, setting them apart from their competitors. When not tinkering with pixels and vectors, you’ll find me walking my mini-goldendoodle, hunched over yet another crochet project, or spending time with my family.
